The Austin Collection

Three houses · one small team

Places we look after, properly.

Three houses in Austin, looked after by the three of us — Alexis, Gabe, and Aaron — rather than by a management company. The same standard at every one, and a real person on the other end of every message.

The stays

Three houses · all sleep 8

All three are three-bedroom houses that sleep eight, so the choice is mostly about which side of town you want and what you need out back — a fireplace and a patio, a garage to park in, or a fire pit out back.

Three bedrooms and two baths a short drive from downtown, with 290 and 71 both close by. A living room built around the fireplace, a kitchen with everything you'd actually cook with, and a fenced back yard with a patio to sit out on. Fast wi-fi and a proper desk, so a working week here isn't a compromise.

Barton Springs, and the river through the middle of it

Sixty-eight degrees year round, spring-fed, and busy from the first warm weekend onward. The clip runs the length of the river as it cuts through the city — the stretch of Austin most people come here for, and a short drive from all three houses.

Three of Austin's best-known BBQ spots, side by side

Why book direct

Book through a platform and roughly 15% of what you pay is a service fee that goes to the platform, not to the house. Booking here, that fee simply isn’t there.

Everything else is the same: the same calendar the listings use, the same houses, and the same three people answering your messages before and during the stay.
